Ingredients:

4 lbs. lean pork
1 tsp. black pepper
1 lb. side pork
1 tbsp. salt
1 large onion, grated
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 cup stock
1/2 tsp. ground cloves


Directions:

Grind meat three to five times.Add onion and seasonings, and mix well, adding stock a little at a time. Fill into small (lamb, pork, or small beef) casings, not too firmly.
