Hunter’s Venison Sausage


4 lb. ground venison
4 lb. ground pork
2 tablespoons salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
3/4 teaspoon mace
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon all-spice
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder


Mix venison and pork together.Add approx. 1/2 cup hot water to meat to gain desired texture for sausage
press. Add spices and mix well.
