Use 445g. of cure and 235g. of spice to 22.68 kg. (50 lbs.) of meatblock. Cure packed seperate within this unit. Ingredients: salt, spices, dextrose, smoke flavour, sodium nitrite, flavour, garlic, tricalcium phosphate (anti-caking agent), sodium bicarbonate (buffering), glycerol (humectant).
