Stuffers Garlic Sausage Seasoning 330g
Use the contents of this bag with 9 lbs of meat and 1 lb water/ice. This refers to 72 g Garlic Sausage Seasoning per kg meat and 100 ml water or ice per kg of meat. Cut and/or grind the meat to desired coarseness and mix all ingredients thoroughly. Cure packaged separately inside.
Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Salt, Spices (incl. Mustard), Garlic, Sodium Phosphate, Yeast Extract, Sodium Nitrite.
