Stuffers Hot Pepperoni Seasoning and Binder Gluten Free 770g
Use amount of this bag with 22.5 lbs (10.2 kg) of meat and 2.5 lbs (1.1 kg) of water/ice. Makes a a great Pepperoni - locks up water and fat. ( Cure Packed Separately Inside).
Smoke and cook as usual. Smoke 6 - 12 hours or until pepperoni sticks reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees.
Ingredients: Rice Flour, Salt, Spices (incl. Garlic), Sodium Phosphate, Mustard, Spice Extract and Sodium Nitrite.
