Use the contents of this bag with 9 lbs of meat and 1 lb water / ice. This refers to 77 g Hot Pepperoni Seasoning per 900 g of meat and 100 ml water or ice. Cut and or grind the meat to desired coarseness and mix all ingredients thoroughly. ( Cure packaged separately inside )
