Stuffers Bierwurst Sausage 350g
Use the contents of this bag with 9 lbs of meat and 1 lbs water/ice. This refers to 77 g Bierwurst binder per kg of meat and 100 ml of water or ice per kg of meat. Cut or grind the meat to desired coarseness and mix all ingredients thoroughly. Cure packaged separately inside.
Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Salt, Spices (incl. Mustard), Sodium Phosphate, Dextrose, Sodium Nitrite, Spice Extracts.
