Usage: Use the contents of this bag with 23 lbs of meat and 2 lb water/ice. Cut or grind meat to desired coarseness and mix all ingredients thoroughly. Smoke + Cook like usual. 50 g/kg + 3 g cure. ( Cure Packed Separately Inside )
