Used for pork sausage. 90 meters in length. Sold by the bundle. Preserved in salt.
To Prevent Tangles
Rinse in large bowl of lukewarm water for 10 minutes letting the salt dissolve. Pull the whole length of the strands into another bowl of water gently raking the strands with your fingers. Remove the ring that all the ends of the strands are tied to. Now remove one strand at a time. They are ready to use. Salt heavily any left over strands and allow to drain in a colander. Package the strands individually and store in the fridge.
