Mix cure and seasoning according to mixing chart enclosed. Contents will season up to 15 lbs. of meat, 1 lb. at a time. Simply sprinkle on meat, refrigerate 24 hours. Then smoke or cook in you smoker, oven, barbeque or dehydrator. Complete, easy to read instructions enclosed. Ingredients: Salt, Sugar, Brown Sugar, Sodium Nitrite, (.85%), Maple Syrup, Carmel Colour and less than 2% Glycerin added to prevent caking and a Cajun Blend Seasoning Packet containing: Pepper (red, black, white), Salt, Dextrose, Garlic, Onion, Spices, Sugar and Spice Extractives.
