Mix cure and seasoning according to mixing chart enclosed. Contents will season up to 15 lbs. of meat, 1 lb. at a time. Simply sprinkle on meat, refrigerate 24 hours. Then smoke or cook in you smoker, oven, barbeque or dehydrator. Complete, easy to read instructions enclosed. Ingredients: One 4.2 oz. packet of Hi Mountain maple cure containing the following: salt, sugar, brown sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), maple syrup, caramel color and less than 2% glycerine added to prevent caking; and a 3 oz. cracked pepper 'n garlic seasoning packet containing the following: black pepper, zest valley garlic (salt, dehydrated garlic, extractives of turmeric), cracked black pepper.
