Hi Mountain Pepper Jerky
Mix cure and seasoning according to mixing chart enclosed. Contents will season up to 15 lbs. of meat, 1 lb. at a time. Simply sprinkle on meat, refrigerate 24 hours. Then smoke or cook in you smoker, oven, barbeque or dehydrator. Complete, easy to read instructions enclosed. Ingredients: salt, sugar, brown sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%)m maple syrup, caramel color and less than 2% glycerin to prevent caking, spice, garlic powder, spice extractive and black pepper.
