Pasted Sheets - Dried Hog Casing 50 X 50 Cm (VAIL) 5 Pack
These are hog casings that have been formed into a sheet by overlapping when wet. After drying they are cut into squares 50cm by 50cm. They are used for wrapping capicola or fermented, dry cured whole muscle cuts. Do not soak, just wrap the meat.
