Sheep Casing Single Strands 22/24 Tubed For Pork Sausage
These natural sheep casing have been seperated onto tubes and in single strands that are 15 to 20 ft in length and will make about 2 - 3 lbs of sausage. Soak for 30 minutes in lukewarm water then remove from tube and flush with cool water. Apply to horn and begin filling. Do not overfill.
