Stuffers Cooked Salami Seasoning, Cure & Binder 290g
Use the contents of this bag with 9 lbs of meat and 1 lb water/ice. This refers to 65 g Cooked Salami seasoning per kg of meat and 100ml of water or ice per kg of meat. Cut or grind the meat to desired coarseness and mix all ingredients thoroughly. Cure package stored separately inside.
Ingredients: Flour, Salt, Spices (incl. Garlic and Mustard), Sodium Phosphate, Dextrose, Sodium Nitrite.
