Stuffers Game Summer Sausage, Seasoning, Cure and Binder 320g
Use 70 grams per kilo ( 9 lbs of meat and 1 lbs water ) of finished product including ice/water. Grind meat (1/4") and mix all ingredients thoroughly. Stuff into casings and fully cook the product. ( Cure Packaged Separately Inside )
Ingredients: Flour, Salt, Spices (incl. Garlic), Sodium Phosphate, Spice Extract, Sodium Nitrite.
