Use the contents of this bag with 9 lbs. of meat and 1 lb. of water/ice. This refers to 69 g Moose Salami Binder per kg of meat and 100 ml of water or ice per kg of meat. Cut and or grind the meat to desired coarseness and mix all ingredients thoroughly. ( Cure packaged separately inside )
