Stuffers Octoberfest Sausage Seasoning & Binder 300g
Use 70 grams per kilo ( 9 lbs of meat and 1 lbs water ) of finished product including ice / water. Grind meat (1/4") and mix all ingredients thoroughly. Stuff into casings and fully cook. ( Cure packaged separately inside )
Ingredients: Flour, Salt, Corn Starch, Spices, Sodium Phosphate, Dextrose, Sodium Nitrite, Flavor.
