Use the contents of this bag with 9 lbs of meat and 1lb water/ice. This refers to 62 g Smokies Binder per 900 g of meat and 100 ml of water or ice. Cut and or grind the meat to desired coarseness and mix all ingredients thoroughly. ( Cure Packaged Separately Inside )
